• Take as long as you like to complete the class (click Workbook below).
• When you are finished, pay for the class (click PayNow below) and the
• Proof of Completion will be emailed to you within 72 hours (or sooner if requested).

When you have completed the class click PAY NOW to pay and submit the Applicant's Affidavit.

• You will be taken to the Applicant's Affidavit. 
• Complete the affidavit and send to the Instructor.
