Pat has taught this class for the California Escrow Association and many title companies and loan/mortgage companies. In 2000 she was certified by the National Notary Association as an instructor of the "Ten Steps to a Proper Notarization". In 2000 Pat founded the California Institute of Signing Agents. She has help thousands of Notaries begin a successful new career. Pat has notarized over 26,000 documents and has been the signing agent for thousands of loan packages.
